Steve Ngo to cgobeil, mgoes
Courtney, you had left the office so I spoke with Michael. I wanted to thank you over the phone, but I gave my message to him instead. I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate everything you've done for me to make this a smooth and stressfree transaction. The bill of sale did it, but it was the certified Rhode Island document that you had to drive so far for that saved the day. The bike has now been retitled successfully. Thank you for the great customer service. Thank you for answering all my emails in a timely manner. You have a great team and everyone (especially you) bent over backwards to help me out. I hope we can do business again in the future. Funny how a 1900 mile transaction turned out even better than some of my more local ones. Thanks again and take care. Like I said previously, I know this was a relatively small sale for you guys, but I was treated as though I had just spent $1,000,000. And Michael, good luck with the new and improved windmill cycles. With service like this, I know you'll do extremely well. Steve Ngo Houston, TX |

Dear Michael,
I started seriously shopping for my first Harley Davidson over two months ago, and quickly became frustrated with the process and the general attitude of the local Harley dealers. They, as a group, had an attitude that basically left me feeling that they did not want, or need, my business. This is America! I couldn't believe that I would be forced to do business like this, with people who didn't care that I wanted to spend 20 grand plus in their store. So... I went to the internet. I think it was Yahoo that initially led me to Windmill Cycles. Your site was like an oasis in the desert! Good pictures, easy to use and accurate descriptions of the products available and prices to boot. I was most impressed with you quick response to my initial inquiry, and overall program for purchase. Now, as you know, I chose to make the trip from Upstate NY to visit your facility. Upon arriving, your staff was simply great; friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In hindsight, I could have saved myself the trip. Your people and site would have made my purchase quite simple, and enjoyable, without the ride! However, I would have missed hearing those pipes roar! The purchase of my first Harley has been a dream of mine since I was young. I made up my mind about a year ago that it was time to go for it... but it became a reality because of your website, and of course, your people. I'd recommend to anyone searching for a bike, Harley or otherwise, to let Windmill be their dealer. You guys do it right. Very truly yours, Rory O'Conner Saratoga Springs, NY |

Subj: Great doing business with you. 11:10:56 AM Eastern Daylight Time
In the Marines we would call this a letter of commendation for a job well done. To say I am pleased with the service and professional manor in which I've been treated by the staff at Windmill Cycles would be an understatement. In college I learned that goodwill is part of a businesses stock in trade. Windmill Cycles has an abundance of goodwill in my book. My first and lasting impression of the staff is a very good one. From sales to parts to the office staff, I was very impressed. But, I've saved the best for last. Paul in the Service Dept., his work and advice on my bike was top notch, they go that extra mile that is so rare these days, they get an OUTSTANDING from me. If there is more staff that I haven't met yet then I'm sure they will be as impressive as those that I have met. This of course reflects on the leadership, and the respect he has from his staff. (yes I mean you Mike). Because of this I will be a repeat customer and pass on my outstanding experience with Windmill Cycle to those I know now, and in the future. Again to all the staff and the boss, a job well done. See you soon. Sincerely, Joseph M. P. |
